🎯 Job Responsibility / Description:

• 📌 Serve as primary contact for Indonesia-based partners, clinics, and stakeholders
• Conduct regular field visits to support program implementation and quality improvement
• Provide coaching to partners to improve outreach, referral systems, and treatment compliance
• Support planning, budgeting, reporting, and grant compliance
• Monitor progress and support data collection using Salesforce and CommCare
• Engage with government stakeholders to integrate clubfoot services into public health systems
• Contribute to organizational learning and cross-country initiatives

📋 Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:

• 📌 Graduate degree in public health, health sciences, social development, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in program implementation or partner support
• Experience with NGOs, community-based organizations, or public health programs
• Strong understanding of Indonesian public health context
• Ability to travel domestically (~30% of time)
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia (required), working proficiency in English
• Preferred: experience with government health initiatives, maternal/child health, disability, or advocacy
