π― Job Responsibility / Description:
- π Accept incoming calls and consult clients in German
- Request information and documents via phone and email in German
- Input orders into German customer service software
- Issue quotations and price offers for German-speaking clients
- Write and respond to client emails in German
- Ensure documents received are complete and accurate
π Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:
- π Bachelor’s degree, ideally from a German-speaking country or in German language
- Experience in customer service, freight forwarding, logistics, or customs brokerage
- Exceptional German skills (mandatory)
- Advanced English skills (preferred)
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM
- Preferred: 1 year experience in logistics or customer service
