• 📌 Craft compelling long-form YouTube videos, vlogs, and podcasts from raw footage
• Focus on pacing, sound design, and narrative structure to maximize audience retention
• Collaborate with creative teams to deliver engaging storytelling content
• Maintain high standards of editing quality and consistency

📋 Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:

• 📌 Proven background in long-form narrative editing
• High proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro X
• Strong attention to detail and a “Systems-First” mindset
• Full-time availability (9-hour workday, Monday–Friday, PST)
• Comfortable completing a short test edit
