  • Identify, troubleshoot, and provide solutions for cloud infrastructure and web application issues
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Deepen product knowledge to provide superior technical guidance
  • Provide feedback to engineering teams for product improvement

  • πŸ“Œ Minimum 2 years of experience in IT or technical customer support
  • Solid knowledge of AWS, web development, programming logic, and computer networks
  • Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work PST hours (GMT-8), 5PM–2AM Jakarta time
  • Preferred: background or proficiency in programming for debugging
