π― Job Responsibility / Description:
- π Respond to and resolve complex technical inquiries related to SaaS and IT services
- Identify, troubleshoot, and provide solutions for cloud infrastructure and web application issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
- Deepen product knowledge to provide superior technical guidance
- Provide feedback to engineering teams for product improvement
π Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:
- π Minimum 2 years of experience in IT or technical customer support
- Solid knowledge of AWS, web development, programming logic, and computer networks
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work PST hours (GMT-8), 5PM–2AM Jakarta time
- Preferred: background or proficiency in programming for debugging
