🎯 Job Responsibility / Description:
- 📌 Lead guest dive experiences in remote areas
- Uphold luxury hospitality standards and F&B service
- Coordinate with Captain, Chief Engineer, and crew
- Manage administrative reporting and guest documentation
- Deliver bespoke guest experiences across Indonesian archipelago
📋 Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:

- OWSI or higher dive certification
- Knowledge of Komodo & Raja Ampat regulations/sites
- Expertise in luxury hospitality service
- Fluent in English (Italian/French advantageous)
- 1–2 years experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Dive Instructor Licence (PADI/SSI/CMAS or equivalent)
