  • Ensure a seamless handover from the sales team to account management or customer success teams after the sale.
  • Relationship Building
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, creating trust and long-term business partnerships.
  • Engage in consultative selling, offering expert advice to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Sales Strategy and Reporting:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine closing strategies and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to sales management.
  • Market and Product Knowledge:
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products, services, and industry trends to effectively answer questions and sell solutions.
  • Stay updated on competitors' offerings and market developments to anticipate customer needs.
  • Service Delivery:
  • Event guide, explaining the event (rundown)
  • Proceed Coordination & Execution of the Project together with Operational Team
