Job Responsibility /Description:

  • Oversee all core accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, cost accounting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and company policies.
  • Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities, including variance analysis and performance reporting.
  • Monitor project costs and profitability to ensure alignment with budgets and financial goals.
  • Participate in long-term financial planning and provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
  • Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, BPJS administration, and other statutory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit tax filings (e.g., VAT, corporate income tax) accurately and on time.
  • Act as the main liaison for external audits and ensure audit processes are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Investigate discrepancies and resolve accounting issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve financial and accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and integrity of accounting systems and ERP software.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across financial systems.
  • Build, lead, and mentor the Accounting Team by providing training, delegation, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure team compliance with company standards, departmental policies, and operational procedures.
  • Foster a collaborative environment and maintain close coordination with other departments, especially Human Resources for payroll and benefits processing.
  • Maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders including auditors, tax authorities, financial institutions, and vendors.
  • Support internal departments with financial data and insights to aid in operational and strategic decision-making.

Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:

  • Minimum of five years of accounting experience, with at least two years in a managerial role within the construction industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.
  • Experience with accounting software and financial management systems.
  • Experienced in income Audit and understanding of AP & AR.
  • In-depth understanding of relevant financial and tax regulations.
  • Detail, results oriented and very organised.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Honest & Transparent.
  • Proactive approach and confidentiality.
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, payroll (Talenta) and accounting systems (Accurate).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess financial issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external parties.
  • Previous experience in Property Management is a plus.
