- Do maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, painting, small furniture repair, and cleaning filters. Make sure all electrical systems, plumbing, and AC units are functioning properly
- Make sure outdoor areas are well-maintained
- Repairing malfunctioning equipment
- Performing routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment
- Documenting all maintenance activities and creating reports to track performance
Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:

- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Maintenance Engineer or in a similar role
- Good understanding of English
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in the use of maintenance management software, tools, and equipment

- To be able to work independently, keeping work areas clean and well organized
- Ability to handle physical work, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
