Job Responsibility /Description:

- Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions using TIBCO BWCE.
- Develop and manage messaging solutions using TIBCO EMS.
- Implement and optimize distributed caching solutions using TIBCO ActiveSpaces.
- Design and implement containerized solutions with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Work on OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) for deploying and managing TIBCO-based solutions.
- Automate deployment and monitoring using CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand integration requirements.
- Ensure best practices, security, and compliance in the integration architecture.
- Help Developers in their day-to-day development activities, partake training activities.
- Solve production issue as and when required during delivery or deployment issue.
Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:

- 4-8 years of hands-on experience in TIBCO BWCE, TIBCO EMS, and TIBCO Active Spaces.
- Strong experience in developing microservices and containerized applications using Docker & Kubernetes.
- Experience in OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) for managing containerized applications.
- Good understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Gitlab, etc.).
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for TIBCO-based applications.
- Experience in API development and integration with REST/SOAP services.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (like GCP) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in an agile development environment.
- Good to Have:
- - Experience in Boomi API GW (Mashery) configuration
- - Experience in cloud-based integration solutions.
- - Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
- - Exposure to DevOps methodologies.
- - Certification in TIBCO technologies or cloud platforms.
