Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:

  • - 1–2 years experience in marketing support, public relations, trade marketing, brand partnerships, or vendor management roles
  • - Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • - Comfortable managing external relationships with brand partners, vendors, and distributors
  • - Ability to track budgets, sponsorship allocations, and event timelines accurately
  • - Good understanding of marketing activation, event promotions, and brand visibility requirements
  • - Proficiency in Google Suite; Docs, Sheets and other
  • - Basic understanding of F&B industry is a plus
  • - Experience coordinating between multiple internal departments (operations, marketing, bar/beverage teams)
  • Required Personal Qualities
  • - Strong communication and interpersonal skills (internal + external)
  • - Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented
  • - Able to manage multiple projects and timelines independently
