- Professional handling of enquiries and registrations across WE's full range of services and activities via WhatsApp, Email and Hubspot
- Develop a deep understanding of organisation's programmes and services to provide accurate and prompt information to students and parents
- Assist in developing new processes and protocols for student enrolment Support in customer service training, events and related student enrolment systems

- Strong Communication Skills – Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities are essential for handling enquiries professionally, guiding prospective students through the enrolment process, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure clear, consistent messaging
- Customer Service Orientation – A customer-centric approach is critical for providing a positive experience. This includes active listening, empathy, and responsiveness to the needs and concerns of students and parents, as well as the ability to resolve any issues with patience and professionalism
- Attention to Detail and Organisational Skills – Accuracy in managing registration details, maintaining records, and ensuring timely follow-ups is key to smooth operations. Strong organisational skills also help in juggling multiple enquiries and tasks without sacrificing quality or efficiency
