Job Responsibility /Description:

  • Meet individual and team performance metrics including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
  • Deal with other team support work if needed.

Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:
