- Ensure formal reports adhere to company standards and project requirements.
- Design and manage diagrams to visually represent workflows, processes, and system architecture.
- Conduct thorough document reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Work exclusively in English, as all documentation must be produced in English.
- Meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment, demonstrating commitment to completing all tasks online.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Word skills to format and structure documentation effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective teamwork and communication.
Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:

- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree; a Bachelor's degree, preferably from an IT-related field, is highly desirable.
- 1–3 years of experience in technical writing, project documentation, or administrative roles, preferably within IT projects.
- Strong ability to transform raw/unstructured data into well-structured documentation.
- Exceptional English proficiency (both written and verbal).
- Highly detail-oriented and capable of managing complex documents.
- Experience with formal reporting and technical diagrams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and formatting.
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and perform under high-pressure environments.
- Strong time management skills and experience in remote work settings.
