Peraturan Tambahan: Jika dalam perjanjian kerja, peraturan perusahaan, atau kesepakatan bersama disebutkan bahwa THR lebih tinggi dari ketentuan minimal, maka perusahaan harus mengikuti kesepakatan tersebut1.
