Job Responsibility /Description:

  • As an English SDH/CC Transcriber, you'll be responsible for:
  • SDH/CC Creation: Transcribe English videos (Series, Movies, Talk Shows, etc.) with SDH subtitles.
  • Accuracy: Ensure the timecodes match with the script and the lip movement in every scene, not too fast but not too late either.
  • Continuous Learning: Embracing new challenges and adapting gracefully.
  • Pressure-Pro Handling: Thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Task Summary:
  • Create transcription from English videos (Series, Movies, Talk Shows, etc.) with SDH subtitles.

Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:

  • Excellent command of written English.
  • Excellent listening skills, to be able to decipher spoken English in various slang and/or accents.
  • Familiarity with various TV series, movies, and cultures would be advantageous.
  • High responsibility and punctuality are a must.
  • Able to work under time constraints and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attentive to quality and detail, especially grammar, punctuation, word choice, and continuity.
  • Able to strictly follow guidelines.
  • Has access to a stable internet connection (required to work on a cloud-based environment).
  • Experience in transcribing subtitles is a plus.
