- Collaborate with internal teams, architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of interior design components.
- Serve as the point of contact among project teams (PM/CM, architects, contractors) and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and prompt resolution of issues.
- Review and interpret interior design plans, materials, finishes, and shop drawings to ensure alignment with design intent.
- Manage procurement of interior materials, furnishings, and accessories in accordance with budget and design standards.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and work schedules related to interior scope.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee installation progress, quality control, and resolve on-site issues.
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, meeting notes, and approval records.
Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project coordination, preferably in the luxury residential, resort, or hospitality development projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and furnishings.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent project management, time management, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
