- Build and implement a structured PMO framework to improve execution across departments
- Partner with leadership to translate business objectives into actionable, measurable projects
- Lead company-wide initiatives, from transformation to operational scaling
- Track, report, and optimise project KPIs; proactively identify bottlenecks and solutions
- Facilitate cross-functional syncs, working sessions, and check-ins to ensure timely delivery
- Provide strategic recommendations on process improvements, business challenges, and efficiency gaps
- Create project governance best practices and scalable reporting templates
- Use tools like Jira or project trackers to centralise execution and ensure visibility
Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:

- 3 - 6 years of relevant experience in project management, business operations, or strategy execution
- Consulting background (Big 4 or equivalent) is highly preferred
- Strong grasp of PMO best practices, project governance, and strategic frameworks
- Demonstrated success leading high-impact, cross-functional projects
- Experience working with C-level stakeholders and aligning diverse teams
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesise insights into action plans
- Comfortable with digital tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Trello, Excel, dashboards)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Nice to Have
- MBA or Master’s in Business, Strategy, or a related field
- Experience in digital transformation or enterprise process optimization
- Knowledge of OKR implementation, agile/scrum methodologies, or operational scaling in startups
