Job Responsibility /Description:

- System & Network Administration: Installing, configuring, and continuously maintaining all IT hardware, software, systems, and network components. This includes regular monitoring to ensure optimal performance.
- Technical User Support: Acting as the primary point of contact for employees, providing hands-on support by troubleshooting and resolving both hardware and software issues to ensure all systems operate correctly.
- Security & Data Management: Protecting the company's digital assets by maintaining system security with tools like antivirus software, guarding against cyber threats, and performing regular data backups with the ability to restore data when needed.
- Maintenance & Updates: Proactively conducting routine maintenance on all hardware and software, and ensuring that operating systems and applications are consistently updated for security and functionality.
Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:

- Minimum education of D3 (Associate Degree) or Bachelor's Degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or a related major.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT Support or a similar position.
- Proficient in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
- Knowledgeable in basic networking (LAN, WAN, IP Address, etc.).
- Proficient in computer programs and able to quickly identify computer issues.
- Possesses good communication and analytical skills.
