Job Responsibility /Description:

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for unique and competitive tour offerings in Java and Lombok.
- Develop 10 curated tour itineraries for each destination (Java and Lombok), emphasizing cultural, natural, and sustainable tourism experiences that align with current market trends.
- Identify and build relationships with reliable vendors and potential tour partners (e.g., tourist attractions, restaurants, transportation providers, local guides) to ensure seamless tour logistics.
- Assist in negotiating contracts with vendors to secure cost-effective and operationally efficient support.
- Support the recruitment process for competent, experienced, and high-quality tour guides who adhere to the company’s standards.
- Deliver weekly progress reports to the Destination Manager on tour development, vendor negotiations, and tour guide recruitment.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in progress (Required)
- Preferred skills: Market research, tour planning and development, vendor coordination, relationship management, and recruitment
- Software proficiency: Notion (Preferred), Slack (Preferred), Google Suite (Required)
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Access to a personal laptop with a stable and reliable internet connection
- Work Location and Schedule
- Minimum 2 days working weekly with 8-hour daily shifts (09:00–16:00 WITA)
- Monday to Friday (task-based)
- Fully remote position (priority for candidates residing in Malang for Java or Lombok)
