Job Responsibility /Description:

  • Identify and close sponsorship and partnership opportunities with schools, corporates, and community partners.
  • Manage inbound sales leads and attend events, tournaments, and expos to represent RFI.
  • Collaborate with marketing and coaching teams to align sales strategy with our football calendar and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and partner engagements using CRM tools.
  • Provide feedback to improve offerings and customer experience.

Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:

  • 1–3 years of sales or business development experience, ideally in sports, education, or youth development sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — both in-person and over the phone/email.
  • Passion for football and youth development is a big plus.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working towards targets.
  • Able to work some evenings/weekends to attend events and academy days.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools is a bonus.
