Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sales and marketing.
  • Proven track record in sales within Modern Retail channels (Hyper & Supermarkets, Drugstores, Convenient stores, Health & Beauty shops, etc.).
  • Experience in General Trade (Traditional Trade) channel too.
  • Strong proficiency in managing and optimizing sales processes, ensuring seamless execution and high performance across the sales team.
  • Proficiency in business-level English communication.
  • Must be eligible for international travel with no disqualifying conditions.
  • Knowledge of local import/export regulations, taxes, and logistics.
  • Applicants must reside in Jakarta where is capital city in Indonesia.
  • ▶ Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Senior Sales Manager, Regional/ National Sales Director etc.
  • A number of years experienced within razors and blades or, personal care or FMCG in retail, wholesale sales environment working at a senior level.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
