Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:

  • 5+ years of experience in UI / UX design, preferably in a marketing or web development agency .
  • Strong proficiency in Figma , including variables and design systems.
  • Experience designing responsive websites across multiple devices.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing UX / UI design skills and creative thinking.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with user research, usability testing, and user feedback integration.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for creating meaningful user experiences in healthcare and marketing.
  • Preferred Qualifications :
  • - Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A / B testing.
  • - Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • - Familiarity with life sciences or healthcare industries.
