Job Responsibility /Description:

- Direct reporting to the Finance Manager – Bali Hub
- Daily transaction journal for bank, revenue, room & FB statistics, month-end stocktake journal
- Cashflow reporting
- Month-end journals: prepayment, accrual, management fees
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Raising recharges invoice
- Providing data as required for external auditor
- Other bookkeeping journal entries for Hongkong properties and support as required by Finance Manager
Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:

- Self-leading person who can work with minimum supervision
- Pays close attention to details
- Good problem-solving skill
- Strong understanding in English both written and verbal is a must
- Great Communication skill
- Computer skills and knowledge of data entry and inventory software programs.
- Previous experience in similar role is an advantage
- An Indonesian citizen currently residing in Bali
