- Minimum 4 years of experience in construction project management, especially villas or luxury properties
- Experienced in handling large-scale projects and working with reputable contractors
- Have a thorough understanding of all stages of the project, from planning to handover
- Proficient in preparing and analyzing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimation
- Capable of developing detailed and realistic project timelines
- Skilled in reading and interpreting technical drawings and construction blueprints
- Required Skills:
- - Construction project management & team coordination
- - Budget control & cost negotiation
- - Structural, architectural, & MEP technical understanding
- - Compliance with OHS regulations & safety standards
- - Problem-solving & communication skills with stakeholders
- - Preferred Certifications:
- - Project Management Professional (PMP)
- - Project Management Professional (PMP)
- - Project Management Certification from LPJK
