Job Responsibility /Description:

- Membuat jadwal dan melakukan technical meeting dengan customer.
- Melakukan pendampingan team untuk survey perangkat TV yang digunakan oleh customer.
- Membuat Delivery Time instalasi untuk customer.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim Product untuk memberikan training penggunaan Aplikasi tersebut.
- Berkoordinasi dengan Team Purchasing untuk pembelian perangkat Router untuk chromecast, dan Channel TV (Transvision digital TV dan Vidio).
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim Logistic untuk Request STB serta pengiriman ke lokasi customer.
- Memastikan semua projek sesuai dengan timeline yang telah dibuat. Membuat BAST terkait instalasi dan memastikan semua fungsi apps berjalan dengan normal.
- Melakukan proses After Sales update Aplikasi jika ada release terbaru dari aplikasi.
- Menerima Ticket troubleshooting dari MOD, jika ada problem terkait apps ini, dan berkoordinasi dengan customer, untuk trouble ini.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim Developer jika ada Bugs ditemui.
