This is definitely a hands on position
Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:

- Your team thinks you're absolutely fabulous, and you LOVE coaching, mentoring, and watching your crew rise to the occasion.

- Your F&B fam? Total BFFs. You lead by example, walk the talk, and never hide in the office when the kitchen's on fire (figuratively, of course).
