  • Quality Control
  • - Maintain high-quality renderings, paying close attention to detail, scale, and realism.

Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:

  • Experience
  • - Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in architecture and 3D visualization.
  • Technical Skills
  • - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software (V-Ray, Lumion, Twinmotion), Photoshop, and video editing tools.
  • English Proficiency
  • - Strong communication in English (both written and verbal).
  • Architectural Expertise
  • - Solid understanding of design principles; local building code knowledge is a plus.
  • Creativity & Detail Orientation
  • - Ability to interpret design briefs and deliver precise, photorealistic renderings and videos.
